spaceweather

SpaceWeather.com is an engaging site, “penned daily by Dr. Tony Phillips,” a production editor for http://science.nasa.gov/, and it’s just loaded with information and photos of and about things celestial. It has some commercial elements, but it’s still a pretty robust resource for educational uses. The site is also a nice model of how science topics – with great detail – can be delivered in web format.
